I was very surprised not to find a maker stamp/label on this piece. Solid cherry furniture is almost always fine quality and this is no exception. The handles make it easy to pick up and move around if you need it. The bamboo style corner posts are a nice touch and further evidence that this is high-end furniture. The brass has minor tarnish but nothing that can't be cleaned up if it bothers you. The lamp fixtures swivel on ball joints. The finial appears to be original and is a very attractive abstract design. The wood is in good shape with no significant flaws but no vintage used furniture is without blemishes. It is in excellent condition for being 30+ years old. I am pretty sure it was made between the late 60's and early 80's... and by a fine furniture maker. The cord is long (8 feet) and is cleverly fed through a hollow foot and up the main corner post. Very well thought out and executed (i.e. fine furniture). The shelves are 12" square with the middle shelf at 12" high and the top at 24". Finial height is 55" above floor. I will likely have to take the lamp off to ship. Ships to lower 48 states only.
