This is a rare Sonotone Model 600 vacuum tube hearing instrument which was manufactured by Sonotone International, Inc. of Ossining, New York in 1942. The hearing Instrument, battery and earphone cords, and Ads are in good-excellent condition. Case is in good - excellent condition. The small pouches in the case are stiff due to aging. The pouches, which hold the instrument and the earpieces, on the left side of the case, will hold the instrument and earpieces without causing any damage. However, the "pouch" on the right side is stiff and will break if there is an attempt to raise it. The case appears to be made with leatherette. Request more photographs, if needed, before bidding.
