My mother passed away in January and I'm just now getting around to selling some of her things. This is a vintage Sony TC-150 Cassette-Corder in good working order. It comes in the original box with an AC charger, hand strap, faux leather carrying case, and the original operating instructions and warranty card. My father purchased it in November 1978 from an electronics store on Canal Street in NYC. He passed away in 1994 and all the years since it sat in a closet unused. It operates on AC and four AA batteries. I tested it in both playback and record modes with AC and battery power, and everything worked fine. From the picture you can see that the faux leather carrying case is not in great shape - scuffed and worn around the edges, but the recorder itself is in excellent condition with virtually no blemishes. Even the clear plastic window to the cassette is perfectly clear with no scratches or discoloration.
