Vintage 1951 Soviet Navy Marine Ship Deck Clock Chronometer. Original Russian Military NAVY issue.This model has been designed before WWII. It was used in red army WWII Time. Offered rare antique Russian USSR Military collectables, made by Marine Ship mechanical clock chronometer 1-MChZ, (first Moscow sentinel factory of the name of Kirova). These chronometers were originally produced and have been completely reconditioned by the KIROV Maritime Instrument Factory. The centuries-old traditions of manufacture include: precision Swiss fuse (pulley) technology and genuine rubies for accuracy. These are spectacular, fully gimbaled, 17- jewel (15 mineral rubies), 56-hours navigational chronometers. With gold-filled movement. These chronometer are considered as one of the higher quality models.These rare clock features an 56 hours, adjusted movement, Up/Down dial, and were made specifically for long-term precision.This clock made in first quarter 1951 (signed on the mechanism). Serial Number #661. Pretty heavy. Is in fine running condition.
