Vintage Soviet Nesting Doll Handmade Russian 1970s

This is an authentic Russian Nesting Doll that features what seems to be a soldier, filled with small 2 inch women with different colored hair. The large doll measures 13 1/4 inches and the small dolls measure about 2 inches. All are in good condition showing only slight wear.These are all hand-painted and date from the 1970s--still in the Soviet period when it was the USSR. Or CCCP, if you prefer the cyrillic.
This charming soldat makes a lovely decoration for Christmas when placed among greens and brightly colored glass balls. Cpacubo for looking!
