You are looking at a remarkable piece of the soviet art of propaganda. This 100% original poster was issued in 1963 in the Soviet Union, Moscow, by the State Publishing House of Fine Arts "IZOGIZ". It says: "Long lives everlasting, inviolable friendship and cooperation between soviet and cuban people!". Two communist leaders - Fidel Castro and Nikita Khrushchev are pictured on the poster. The artists are Y. Kirshin and S. Gurarij. The size of the poster is 35 x 23 in. It was issued in editions of 25,000. The poster is in a good condition (t are three very small - approx. 0.5 in each, tears at the left edge).
