Beautiful Framed Spanish American War Battleships Lithograph. Signed G. A. Coffin '98. Ships pictured are: Left to Right: Oregon (Captain Clark) Brooklyn (Rear Admiral Schley) Glouster (Commander Wainwright) Olympia (Rear Admiral Dewey) It is framed under glass in a beautiful wooden spoon-carved Eastlake frame (painted black) that probably dates back to the original time frame. The litho has some issues; water spots and some wear and small holes, but the color is still strong and it still presents nicely. Pardon the glare/reflections from the glass. Framed piece measures 22 1/2" x 16 1/2". Print measures approximately 15" x 21". These were reportedly given as gifts to the sailors as they were discharged. Thanks for looking!
