In the Box. Outside of box is quite dirty from being in a shed (from bugs). Inside of box id fine
Diameter of Wheel is 12"

Wheel is New. Never used. Works Perfect. Box condition is noted above.

Shipping Information:
Winner to pay for USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post based on a package weight of 2.10lbs. Includes $.60 for Delivery Confirmation. Since Postage Rates have really increased I will make Insurance optional, $1.65 for up to $50.00 - from $50.01 to $100.00 - $2.05. However, I will not be responsible for packages sent without Insurance! I will gladly combine shipping on any of my auctions when possible. International Winners to pay USPS First Class International (when weight allows. Packages send first class will not have delivery confirmation), USPS Priority Mail International, or USPS Express Mail International. See shipping calculator at the bottom for a price.
