I am offering for auction a simply outstanding SPELTER PAR. AUG.MOREAU FRENCH FIGURAL LAMP AND IS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION EXCEPT THE WIRING. This lamp is in NICE CONDITION, with ONLY MINOR paint loss, and THE LOSS OF THE HEAD OF THE INSTERMENT. The head of the instruments loss is not very noticeable such as the loss of a finger or foot or arm and may be repairable. You may not even notice the head of the instrument is missing if you did not know the instrument. The lamp is 17 inches tall and has a 5 inch base. The cord has a in line role switch. The lamp socket has a clip with multiple dangly glass leaf shapes on very thin wires. The base still has the wooden wire insulator. The base also has a metal tag marked "PASTORALE Par. Aug. Moreau". The bottom part of the base is marked FRANCE and in another place hard to see in the sculpture is Aug Moreau. This lamp would make a great Christmas present.
