Vintage Sportsman Car Snac Red Plaid Thermos Picnic/Lunch Set This vintage picnic/lunch set was manufactured by the Gotham Industries, Chicago, Illinois. The red plaid metal picnic/lunch box measures 18" long, 4.5" wide, and 9" high, and has 3 individual compartments inside. It is made to hang over the back seat in a car, with the 2 swinging wire holders. The middle lid allows access to the interior middle department w you would store your food/snacks. This metal picnic/lunch box has very few minor scratches and dents, and is in really nice shape for it's age. Inside each end w the thermoses are stored, t is a circular area w t a little bit of paint missing, right w the thermoses sit. It is pretty insignificant, but it was difficult to capture on the pictures because of the flash, but I wanted to inform you. *****Please see pictures--I tried to give you a great selection to check out ****** This set also includes a Skotch Ice Container which is RATHER HARD TO FIND, and is a nice compliment to this set. It is totally intact, is liquid filled, and is meant to be cooled/frozen? prior to your outing to keep the food/snacks cold. It is in great shape.
