Sputnik weather station. Clear plexiglas with silver metal trim. Made by BGM West Germany, number 1765968. Has a hygrometer, barometer, and thermometer. Can sit on a desktop or hang on a wall, I think. There is a keyhole on the base for hanging. Measures 7 1/2" high, approx. 5" diameter at the widest. Base is 4" diameter.Very good pre owned condition. No nicks, chips, or any major problems that I can find. It has been in storage a long time, and could use a good cleaning. There are a few small black ink marks on the plexiglas. I don't know if they can come off, I didn't want to try it.
