Up for sale is a wonderful vintage 5" Stangl Pottery Bird figurine #3596 Gray Cardinal . It is in outstanding condition - no nicks,chips,cracks,repairs,etc. It has excellent coloring and is just a nice looking piece. I have plenty of pics to view and judge. Insurance is Not Included with shipping - and can be purchased at the buyers expense at sales end. With this said are some of my rules. REFUNDS or RETURNS; My Policy on this is very clear. T are No Refunds or Returns -unless I have Grossly Misrepresented an item and am in full agreement - Period. I must be contacted within 3 days of receiving the item and as said be in full agreement with any possible return or refund. Shipping either way is Non-Refundable. Out of approximately 5000 Ebay transactions I have only had a couple of people that were dissatisfied with an item. A possible Refund or Return is only applicable if I have made a substantial error in my listing -slight nuances or minor issues are out of the question because I consider most of this subjective and it leaves a door open for those very few difficult individuals that would not be happy with anything. T have been a few instances w the buyer and I have agreed on a partial refund. I have run into a few nut jobs but most people are real decent. I am open to dialogue but will never respond to demands. I have a strong policy of a potential buyer asking all pertinent questions before bidding. I supply a lot of pictures and a very full description. Never do I intentionally mislead or hide anything in my listings! I am honest but not an expert in all areas that I sell items in. Depending on the item it can be very difficult if not impossible to list every nuance in regards to an items condition. I try to do my very best -it's that plain and simple. INSURANCE: INSURANCE COVERAGE IS NOT PROVIDED AND IS ONLY ADDED AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE. Simply email if you need any help with this. I package with utmost care but I will not responsible for any loss or mishandling damages caused by the shipping service whether it be UPS ,USPS, etc. Insurance Claims must be initiated by the Purchaser of the item/ winning bidder. I will help with documentation support such as supplying receipts or other paperwork. For items shipped outside the US - I will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred once I have shipped. PAYPAL : Any item that sells for $250 or more and the buyer makes payment thru Paypal - $1.75 will be added for Signature Confirmation at the buyers expense. This is Only if payment is made using Paypal -for all other payment methods this not applicable. This is one of the requirements for their Seller Protection Policy. If paying thru Paypal I will only waive this amount if the winning bidder contacts me and I agree to do so. For buyers that want to make payment thru Paypal and do not have a "Confirmed Address" on their account - I have the right to decline payment. I ask that before you make payment that you contact me via email or phone and get my approval. Once again I do this in order to meet Paypal requirements for their Seller Protection Policies. GUARANTIES OR WARRANTIES : When selling items such as Vintage Radios, Clocks, Watches, etc - I offer no guarantee's of the item working after shipment .I have never had a problem with this but I want to cover myself in the event - God Forbid - that I ship a working item and upon arrival the item is not working or if it fails in anyway upon receiving it.
