Vintage Stangl Pottery Key West Quail Dove, Bird #3454

Stangl Pottery "Key West Quail Dove" Bird #3454 This piece is in very good to excellent condition! It measures 9" tall and about 10" across at its widest point. The colors are wonderful, very vivid. This piece has the molded mark of "Stangl U.S.A., 3454 and it has also been intialed by the artist who painted it. T are no chips or crazing, but on one of the legs t a two spots that look to be from the manufacturing of the piece. See picture! The one on the leg, above the foot, doesn't go all the way around. Again, it may be from the manufacturing of the piece. The glaze looks like it has pooled around the spots. I am not an expert, I have just tried to describe the piece to the best of my ability.
