is a good clean vintage Stanley No. 71P Router Plane in the original box , including Stanley's instruction flyer for Router Planes . We're not sure if this lovely tool is Vintage, or if it is Antique. The enclosed instruction flyer is notated M/RP/1 on the center bottom leaf. If it is early 20th Century, it will fit our definition of Antique, which is over 50 years old. This tool appears to have been almost never used - the sole has almost no streaks. The entire plane appears to be almost unused (see photos). It comes with a depth stop , a fence , and a blade holder . T were no blades in the box when we acquired it. The knobs are dull, but completely pristine - no scratches, dents, etc. It is marked " STANLEY No. 71 MADE IN ENG. " on the body. The box is marked " STANLEY ROUTER PLANE 1 ONLY 71P STANLEY WORKS (G.B.) LTD. SHEFFIELD ENGLAND " on the front. T are no other markings. The box is quite sturdy, and a bit dirty, but totally functional, without tears or cuts. Please inspect the photos carefully - they are an important part of this description.
