This auction is for a Stanley No. 67 Type 1 Rosewood handled spoke shave. The iron is marked: Stanley Rule & Level Co. and below that Pat. Feb. 25, 96. For those who are wondering, the type 1 only has a single threaded hole at the top and the type 2's have two holes at the top. One threaded left hand and the other right hand. The nickel plating is missing on the ferrules in several places and the body is also missing some plating. The handles have the usual dings and bruises from banging around in a toolbox but t are no cracks or serious dents. The iron has one small nick in it. No International Bidders or Shipping! All items will ship by USPS at actual cost. Usually the next day. No Handling fees!! Please advise within 3 days or so when you expect to pay. I'm pretty patient so just keep me informed...especially if t is a problem. It is my intent to make this fun for both of us. With that in mind, bid with the knowledge that all descriptions will be as complete as I can make them. Especially the defects that may exist. If I miss something, and I'm sure I will at times, then that item may be returned and I will refund your money including the outbound freight.
