Here is a very vintage attachment toy for a steam engine--chain driven pulley system--water goes up and empties into the tub and the water empties into the windmill part tower and comes out back into where it started at--every thing spins and moves freely--some paint loss--..base is 7 1/4 X 8 and the tower part is 9 1/2 inches tall--This is all made of tin even the base.--sorry no attaching band that is needed to attach to the steam engine-- The windmill is missing one of its blade fanny thingy..$12.00 for shipping and handling..
