When I was younger I collected....art, silver, antiques, glass, whatever took my fancy at the time. As I get older I find myself wanting fewer and fewer ''things'' and having less and less patience for clutter. Tfore, I am selling almost all my costume jewelry, depression glass, books and other ''odds and ends'' that I find lying around the house. This auction is for a small, elegant sterling silver bird with outstretched wings and repouse tail. It measures 1 1/2'' x 1 3/4'' and is marked STERLING BY CORO. It is in excellent condition with no dings, dents or tarnish. A very sophisticated and refined piece of Costume Jewelry. In the USA I ship USPS Priority or 1st Class Mail, depending on weight. I pack very well, but insurance is NOT optional - I have no control over your package once it leaves my hands, so if the PO decides to use your item for soccer practice they will reimburse you. Take the item , box and ALL packaging materials to YOUR PO and fill out the forms - DO NOT return the item to me, or you will void the insurance. I ship Global Priority or Air Letter/Parcel Post internationally. I list all items as ''Other'' on Customs forms, and enter the correct purchase price. Please do not ask me to falsify your Customs form - I refuse to lie to my government, or yours. All items are used, so I never describe anything as MINT , but some of them are pretty close to perfect. I can be reached through Ebay ( Ask Seller A Question ) if you have any questions about my auctions, want more pics, have info for me about my item ( which I welcome ,) or want to compliment the Twins. T are smokers and pets in my home, so please take that into account when bidding. I issue refunds for gross misrepresentation ONLY - if you didn't ask about the color, you don't like the way it looks on your coffee table or it doesn't fit, feel free to give it away, burn it in your fireplace or sell it on Ebay, but please don't ask me to take it back and return your money! I am retired, but have dealt in Antiques, Collectibles and Jewelry for many years. Much of what I have for sale has been in my home, or inherited from older relatives - it is time to downsize. I don't claim to know it all, but I do try to research my items, and describe them to the best of my ability. I will always answer any questions, and provide additional photos if needed. If I make a mistake on a listing, please feel free to bring it to my attention so that I can correct it.....I would rather change a listing and lose a sale than sell by misrepresenting an item.The twins, Shelby and Samantha Smith, are my granddaughters, and have been on my website and in my auctions since they were infants.
