I have for auction a gorgeous vintage octagon shaped STERLING compact. The compact has two mirrors and two compartments. Monogrammed on the top with the initials K.M.D. and engraved flowers, trailing vines and a basket of flowers The compact is signed STERLING 260 and what looks like a W. Also signed HALLMARK. The inside of the compartments have a goldtone finish, inside the largest compartment is also stamped 53. Measuring 2 1/2 by 2 1/2 by 3/4 inch high. The clasps works fine..The mirrors are in excellant condition with no chips or cracks. In excellant vintage conditionn, showing some light surface scratches on the bottom I show in my last picture. It will come nicely boxed t o give as a gift or to keep for your own. You will not be disapointed.
