This adorable c. 1940's charm, locket, or pendant features a raised design of an owl sitting on the face of a half moon. It measures 1" by 1" so is larger than most puffy heart charms; however, it would make a wonderful centerpiece for your puffy heart charm bracelet. It could also be worn as a pendant to complement your bracelet or, if you've collected enough puffy hearts to start a necklace of them, this one would be a GREAT centerpiece as it should be a bit larger and heavier to hold the necklace in the correct position around your neck. In addition, it is an opening locket with space on either side to hold photos. It is unhallmarked but acid tests positive for sterling silver. It may have been marked on its original bale or jump ring which was missing when I purchased it. The piece has NO dents or dings and no engravings. It opens and closes securely and is just a precious little piece with a lovely old patina. Shipping will be $2.00 first class mail with optional insurance extra.
