RARE AND UNUSUAL VINTAGE SCANDINAVIAN STERLING SILVER GOLD WASH BLUE ENAMEL MID CENTURY MODERN DANGLE SCREW BACK EARRINGS FROM NORWAY OR DENMARK Here we have a lovely pair of vintage Scandinavian sterling silver with gold wash, blue enamel dangle screw back earrings. They measure a tad bit more than 1 1/4" in height, and a little less than 5/8" wide. The enamel is in great condition. The blue color is very pretty, and pearlized in hue. Earrings are in well-cared for, great condition, screw backs work perfectly. It would be very easy to put pierced earring wires on these earrings. They already have a loop in place ready to go. I do believe these earrings are quite rare, as in doing my research, I couldn't find any like them. Ple ase examine the photos carefully and utilize the super size and zoom features for a close up look. I believe these earrings are from either Norway or Denmark. They are stamped 925S on the ear backs, with a cross in front of the 925S on one earring, and what looks like an anvil on the other earring. Weight is approx. 7.5 grams.
