VINTAGE SCANDINAVIAN STERLING SILVER GOLD WASH CREME ENAMEL BUTTERFLY SCREW BACK EARRINGS FROM NORWAY OR DENMARK Here we have a lovely pair of vintage Scandinavian sterling silver with gold wash, creme enamel butterfly screw back earrings. They measure approx. 5/8" in height, and approx. 1 1/8" wide. The enamel is in great condition, with no chips, cracks, etc. The creme color is very pretty, and neutral - so they go with everything. Back of earrings are in great condition, screw backs work perfectly. Ple ase examine the photos carefully and utilize the super size and zoom features for a close up look. The stamps are difficult to read on these earrings, as they are partially underneath the screw backs. I see 925 on one earring, and on the other the letters GR. They are also stamped sterling on the screw back prong. I do believe these earrings to be from Norway, but they could also be from Denmark. Weight is approx. 7 grams.
