This is an old pendant necklace. The moment I saw it, and saw all those Forget-me'Nots, and the black glass beads and onyx, I figured, as bright and pretty as it is, it was mourning jewelry. It's really gorgeous, and what I figured was paint or enamel is actually inlaid so very well that you would never know! There is just the tiniest piece of a stem below the blue flower missing and that's the only way I knew it was inlaid!! (look at the close ups....you'll never see it to the naked eye) It's old and the piece is unmarked, but I'm quite possitive it's Sterling Silver, chain and all. The chain is 18" long to the Forget me not and then that part to the bottom is 1 7/8". The pendant alone is 1 1/8" not including the black bead above it x just about 1" across. It looks pretty nice for it's age, only very minor marks of any kind to the stone. I took lots of pictures, so be sure to see them all.
