This is a beautiful older antique to approx antique (1920's to 1930's) necklace choker. Made of sterling silver. Beautifully Mexican custom made in a hard to find graduate triple beaded design. Hallmarked: "STERLING, MEXICO". Also, has pre-40's (none eagle) markings and maker mark yet these other marks are too hard to make out (see other photos of marks). Graduate design is when strands are gradually smaller toward neck than bottom for comfort and less stress on neck). Sterling beads are strung on 2.2 mm width chain as oppose to liquid. Has simple to use older hook slide clasp. Necklace lenght is 15 inches long yet you can add extra loupes at end to larger person. Measures nearly 17 inches long. Center beads measure 1/2 inch (12 mm) and beads on end (toward clasp) are about 1/4 inch (6 mm). It's super heavy. Weighs: 41.3 grams. In excellent condition (as vintage , of course). Would make a nice gift. Or, own it for yourself and invest in this impressive collectible necklace and appreciate the compliments you'll get as it's antiquity value continues to increase even more so over time. I have a 100% Positive Feedback score and one of ebay's highest repeat business from so many satisfied buyers. Shipping & Handling: FREE within USA. International Shipping & Handling: USD $5.75.
