Click Double your traffic. Get Vendio Gallery - Now FREE! This is a beautiful older vintage (late 1940's) heavy bracelet. Made of sterling silver with abalone inlay. Beautifully Taxco Mexican custom made with Aztecs design on each link. It's an older rare design by Los Ballesteros who was established in mid 1930's . Hallmarked: "925 (sterling), LOS BALLESTEROS (maker), TAXCO (city), PEIOS, HECHO EN MEXICO, Has late 1940's eagle mark with # 17 inside. (See photos for symbol marks). Will fit most women up to a size 7 inch wrist. Though it's body measures 7 inches long, it's links are curved which give alittle extra length. Link widths are 2/3 inch. Bracelet is very heavy. Weighs: 51.2 grams. It's slide clasp works fine, locks and secures well. Also has safety chain. One of it's 5 links, out of thousands in tiny inlays, only just a very small # of tiny flakes have worn off, but it's to be expected due to it's age and does not take away from it's beauty ( not noticeable unless you're looking for it). Bracelet would still be considered in excellent condition for it's age. Would make a fabulous gift. Or, own it yourself and invest in this beautiful collectible bracelet and appreciate the compliments you'll get it's antiquity value continues to increase even more so over time. (I'm visiting post office on a daily basis, each business day of course. Correction: Due to bracelets adjustable 5 hinges, it will take up to even up to a slightly larger fit of size 7 1/4 inch wrist but no more. When I first listed, I forgot about how it's 5 hinges (between each link), it can widen with inner measuring up to 2 1/2 inches across and widen up to 2 1/2 inches (north to south).
