VINTAGE STONEWARE COBALT JUG WITH BLUE LEAF/FLORAL DESIGN This is a 2 gallon stoneware jug with cobalt floral /leafdesign. This jug is good condition. T are pottery flaws present, Please see photos below for flaws! The largest flaw measures 2 1/2" wide and 2" long. I believe this flaw was created by extra clay being added during the firing process. In these aforementioned areas the jug is dented inward. Also, the bottom rim of the jug is chipped. T are two chips. One measures 1 1/2" long and the other measures 1" long. T are black paint spots which should clean up. The jug measures about 14" tall, and 11" wide at its widest point. Good Luck Bidding !! All items are Fresh From an Estate.
