RARE Vintage Structo # 103 Pressed Steal Military Tank, green, 8-wooden wheels, side skirts. Turret with original machine gun, makes rat-tat-tat sound when cranked, circa 1941, 12" long X 6.5" tall X 6.5" wide. Wheels and machine gun original wood, Structo, the company known for "Making Men of Boys", build tough, rugged PRESSED STEEL toys meant to be played with during times of war. I've searched the web like crazy and only found one other # 103 like the one I am listing, I found that one on worthpoint. There are many #103's without side skirts and have 10 wheels (metal) which are later editions. This was an estate find and was in, let's say less than desirable condition. I had to get it and save it for future generations. I had the paint matched from the paint inside the turret, it was about the only good place to get a match. All parts are original. Paint and decal are not original but are correct for this model #. Excellent display piece or play with and enjoy. A must have for Structo, old toy or military collector. Who knows when another will come around. Price is solid.
