This Studebaker Champion raffle box came from the estate of a former employee of the Minneapolis Studebaker dealer. Based on the age of other items from this estate I'm guessing this box is from the late 40's to mid 1950's. This was obviously the box used to hold raffle tickets in a drawing for a Studebaker 4 door Champion. The box measures 12 X 12 X 18 inches, and is hand made from plywood. The box is a little dirty, and has some nicks and dings from age, but it's still solid , and looks great with a wonderful patina. The red lettering on the front is still crisp and clear . One of the hooks that was used to latch it closed is broken. The two broken pieces fit together perfectly, since the broken hook is brass I think they could be soldered back together. This is a real one of a kind item. A must have for a Champion owner or Studebaker club. I accept PayPal, money orders, and certified checks. Payment must be received within 10 days of auction closing. I will ship the banner seperately from the signs. Shipping these items to the lower 48 states will be $24.95. International shipments priced by country of destination. This auction seller accepts auction payments from BidPay ®! - Free for Buyers - pay using your Visa or MasterCard.
