VINTAGE SWIHART CLOCK NU GRAPE SODA LIGHT UP SWIHART CLOCK SWIHART CLOCK- NU GRAPE SODA This is a Swihart Clock featuring NU GRAPE SODA. It has a large bottle of soda with cap and also printed Imitation Grape Soda. Marked on the bottom is NUGRAPE 3 SWIHART PRODUCTS ELWOOD, IND U.S.A. It is rectangular shaped Nu Grape Soda wall clock and measures 13 1/8" wide X 16 1/4" tall X about 43 1/2" deep. The clock was intended to be lit with a round fluorescent light bulb which is present but does not work. The clock keeps good time and runs quietly. The purple color of the Nu Grape bottle is a strong color purple as it was when it was new. There is a label on the side of the clock "Swihart Products Elwood Indiana U S A". The time setting knob is above that on the side. The outer glass front is missing and the round florescent bulb is not working. This is the condition we purchased it and never tried to light it up. As you can see the metal framing has discoloration. This is guesstimated to be from the 1950's . Super-Size the pictures to see full details of this piece- pictures are better than words.
