If you are an eBay bidder, you will be assessed a nonpayment strike against your eBay account. Multiple strikes against your account may constitute eBay shutting your account down.Shipping:The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs and arranging for shipping and delivery with the seller.Additional shipping details from the seller:--Buyer to pay all shipping charges.
