VINTAGE TAGGED TERRI LEE DOLL LINED TAG BALL GOWN DRESS PINK RED MELON - ORANGE IRIDESCENT mouseover to enlarge You are bidding on a beautiful vintage Terri Lee lined doll ball gown. The dress has it's original Terri Lee tag. It features 3 layers on the gown, the stiff underskirt, taffeta dress and the tulle over skirt. The tulle has a few "pulls" at the edge and the taffeta has a break at the seam (see photo), it could easily be repaired as it looks like the fabric was just to close to the seam and it pulled out. It has been carefully laundered and pressed and has no bad odors. The snaps on the gown back as well as the snaps on the straps look to be original and they are nice and tight. The beautiful taffeta is a wonderful shade of iridescent melon orange and pink, really unusual, it reminds me of rainbow sherbet! The tulle is a pinky red. The dress is approx. 8.5" long from the top of the tulle on the bodice to the end of the tulle hem. The bodice is approx. 6.5" long, from end to end. The strap is also approx. 6.5" end to end. I would think it originally fit a 10" to 15" Terri Lee doll( but that is just a guess as I don't have the doll). Thanks so much for looking!
