I have for auction this fabulous highly decorative and incredibly interesting rare French teapot, I think it is a dog, what do you think? it reminds me of Origami (the art of paper folding in Japan) I found this amazing teapot in a house clearance here in the South of France, I cannot tell you how old it is, it is certainly far from new, it is clearly marked on the base Création Guy Legrand France - modèle deposé, possibly it is a limited edition, I honestly do not know but it is truly amzing!!!! please look carefully at all my photographs, the lid has a snip and a fine hairline, these are both on the part of the lid that goes inside the teapot, so will not be seen when the lid is on the base, there is one chip on the teapot, I have done two photographs of this one chip, one taken from underneath for you to see the size of the chip but also one for you to see that it is hardly noticable at all when the teapot is in the upright position. The teapot is as per photographs. What a fabulous example this would make for a collection of teapots.
