This auction is for one complete Vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) Sewer Lair Playset (1989). This sewer lair playset is in very, very good overall condition and is complete with all parts. Please see pictures to observe the great overall condition. Here's a short description of what's included: All rectangular plastic parts that interconnect to form the "core" of the lair Both telephone poles and ladder swing. Elevator is in working order with all pieces accounted for, including the sometimes hard to find blue elevator handle that connect to the outside of the toy to assist with moving the elevator All pieces of green sewer pipe passageway leading in and out of the lair Includes stairs that attach to the back of the lair for "peaking" in on the turtles Spiked ball used by the Foot Clan to throw into the lair Fire hydrant periscope in perfect working order All pieces in the lair's rest area complete Manhole cover included Back fence paneling included Original stickers still mostly in place I accept
