This is an original PORCELAIN border from a 1950`s TEXACO filling station that ran up across the top of the building and around it. It has some roofing tar on it but it just flakes right off with a fingernail, I have not cleaned this I will leave that up to you. If you look on the back you can see a date of 1957 burnt in the porcelain from the manufacture. This came from a Texaco station on ROUTE 66 between elreno and yukon Oklahoma. The size is 44 x 14 This has bright vibrant colors and has a awesome shine to it and smooth as glass! As you can see in the pic where these ran on the filling station building. You could repurpose this into a bench or wall hanging above a TEXACO sign or make a shelf and put your texaco collectibles on it. I am selling off a bunch of my collection so Check out my other items !
