VINTAGE THREE LITTLE PIGS STERLING SILVER BABY'S CUP No Reserve Up for your consideration is this VINTAGE THREE LITTLE PIGS STERLING SILVER BABY'S CUP. Nicely detailed this adorable cup features a scene from this classic fairy tale intricately detailed and engraved around the sides of the cup. It shows one of the pigs sitting at a chair in front of the fireplace and another pig, who apears to be crying, coming through the doorway. Around the top, just under the rolled rim are the words" This little pig cried wee wee..." The bottom is stamped "sterling" and has the "W" ,with an arrow through it, trademark. The cup measures approximately 2-1/2" tall x 2-1/2" in diameter. PLEASE SEE PICTURES (top and bottom of page). Obtained from an estate, this piece is in decent condition with no cracks or pitting. The sides are good however, the bottom is dented from obvious use w some little one just couldn't hang on to it. Still, it's a very unusual piece and the engraving is very interesting. This would be a great addition to any collection and quite a conversation piece. Certain to gain in value over the years and sure to be welcome by any avid collector. This will ship at a flat rate of $4.50 anyw in the continental US. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO are slightly higher. Contact me for shipping rate quote.
