VINTAGE TIFFANY MEXICO STERLING SILVER HEART PIN BROOCH TIFFANY & CO. PRODUCED SOME OF THEIR STERLING SILVER JEWELRY IN MEXICO FROM 1965-1980.
HERE IS ONE OF THOSE PIECES. THIS IS A LOVELY MODERNIST MEXICAN HEART BROOCH, SLEEK AND BEAUTIFULLY ANGLED ON THE SIDES. MEASURES 1 7/16" WIDE, AND 1 3/8" TALL. THE PIN LOCKS WITH A ROLLING "C" CLASP, AND IS PERFECT. WEIGHS 14.4 GRAMS. IT'S IN EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION. IT HAS A VERY MINUTE DIMPLE ON THE FRONT WHICH YOU CAN ONLY SEE IF YOU'RE HOLDING IT AT A CERTAIN ANGLE TO THE LIGHT. SEE THE PHOTO 11. COMES COMPLETE WITH IT'S TIFFANY POUCH, PERFECT FOR GIFT GIVING AND JUST IN TIME FOR VALENTINE'S DAY. Please note that vintage jewelry has been pre-owned, worn, and loved by it's previous owner. Much of the charm and beauty of vintage Mexican jewelry comes from the unique variations and characteristics inherent in hand-wrought silver. At times you may be able to see the artisan's tool marks - such is the nature of hand-made jewelry. Vintage silver items may also show age appropriate tarnish. I do not clean the pieces I offer, as collectors and connoisseurs of vintage silver jewelry do not want their valuable pieces stripped of the patina which has taken many years to acquire and is actually quite desirable. I take numerous photos, many with a macro-lens, to show the fine details of each piece. Take a close look at all the photos, and ask as many questions as possible. I generally ship Domestic mail via USPS First Class Mail, always fully insured. If the item is over $250.00, it will be shipped with a signature confirmation, as per Paypal's rules. International shipping is via USPS International First Class Registered Mail. Paypal requires either Registered Mail or a tracking #.
