Offered is a Sterling Silver Match Safe or Vesta, 2 1/4" x 1 1/4".

It is marked "Tiffany & Co 16090 Makers 655 SterlingC 13" on the inside rim and dates to 1902 - 1907.
it weighs 37 grams or approximately 1 1/4 ounce.

The match safe has a beautiful and graceful art nouveau design with leaf scrolls and flowers and the interior has a gold wash. The design is the same on the front and back and t are no monograms.
