This is a vintage tea caddy. I believe it is made of tin. The scene is moulded and is of chinese figures. It is not rusty but has a mottled worn patena. I have no idea of the age but it is definately an original vintage piece. It measures approx 6" high is oval in shape with diameters 5.5" x 4.5".
