Check out this beautiful old tin toy doll stove , made by the MFZ company in Germany , sometime from the late 1940s to the early 1950’s. On the bottom of the oven door it is plainly marked, “ Made in US Zone Germany ”, which I think would date it at least back to the very early 1950’s, if not the 40’s. After that period most items were marked “ Made in Western Germany ” , if I am recalling correctly what I have learned from antique toy dealers. The stove comes with lots of fitted pots and pans, (some copper plated) , and a fitted aluminum teapot. The stove has lots of other period accessory items included in this auction, including some fake foods such as a turkey or goose, ham, roast, steak, etc. These fake foods look like they are made of painted plaster, but I don’t know. T are even two painted fish, which appear to be made of pewter or lead. The plaster steak is broken in two, but I’ll bet you can fix that easily enough. T is a strainer basket, a grater, bread pan, wooden rolling pin, and many other items that appear to have been originally included with this doll stove. T are also quite a few plastic doll cups, dishes, etc, although I assume they were added later. (T is even a tiny metal clothes hanger and one tiny leather shoe). Nevertheless, everything you see in the photos is INCLUDED in this auction. Approximate size
