Hello and welcome to our auction!
Up for bid today is one of the tiniest treasures we've ever had the privilege to offer! This is a vintage "Scout" pocket knife by A.W. Wadsworth & Son, Germany, and is in excellent condition without any damage that we can find. The Scout name is on the side and the Wadsworth i.d. is on the tang. We literally had to use a magnifying glass to read it! The knife has 1 blade which measures a whopping 7/8" long. The knife itself with the blade folded inside is 1 1/2" long. Also included is a metal tube that the knife was in when we obtained it at a recent estate sale. We don't believe this container was made for the knife or that this is a set. We think it was just a handy container for someone to keep it protected. This little fella would make a fantastic addition to your vintage pocket knife collection! We can also vouch for the many smiles it brings to anyone who sets their sights on it. (Even the guys!) Please see the pictures for details. We invite you to visit our other auctions to view additional vintage and collectible items we're selling that are sure to please! We'll ship this knife very carefully packaged via 1st Class Mail within the U.S. at a cost of $2.50. (This includes a delivery confirmation charge from the Post Office for tracking purposes.) Although we're not experts in any field, we describe our items honestly and to the best of our ability. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to e-mail us. We welcome your inquiries. Thanks for visiting and we hope you enjoy your day!
