Vintage Collection of Tom Swift Books by Victor Appleton - 27 Books.27 different books from the first 34 books published in this series. All are un-marked First Editions; a great collection of original Tom Swift novels. A fascinating set to read, the inventions these stories are based on are described way ahead of their time and the stories are exciting and full of the interesting adventures of Tom Swift and his friends and his machines. The books are well written and make great reading for all ages of readers. Of the first 34 books in this series 27 books are included; only 7 books are needed to complete the set. The original owner's name is handwritten inside the front covers on the first blank page. Although some have damaged bindings and wear it is believed that most can be repaired easily to improve the overall condition of the set. The first 34 books in the Tom Swift Collection were all published by the Grosett Dunlap Publisher and were written from 1909 - 1931.
