Up for auction is this 24 piece set (6 knives, 6 forks, 6 tablespoons (table spoons), 6 teaspoons) of two color vintage tableware in SHINY, used condition. Tested and guaranteed to be bakelite. The top portion of the handle is cream corn/butterscotch. The bottom portion of the handle is a transparent (clear) cherry red. The bakelite has no chips, splits or burn marks...t is some light "crazing"? or "crackling"? on many of the pieces which is noticeable at close inspection ONLY, but doesn't take away from the overall beauty of this set.
