Vintage Top Cigarette Wrapping Paper Display Dispenser Only One on Ebay Up for auction is a vintage Top gummed cigarette papers wall mounted dispenser. This item came out of an old Kentucky general store that recently closed. Overall the front and sides are in good condition with only minor scratches and dents. The back has one large dent and a couple smaller ones where it was not gently removed from the wall. The dent can been seen in the last picture. The size of the display is 10" x 3.5" x 2". The paint has good color and shine.
