For sale in this auction is a very unique 1960's Topo Gigio Mouse BANK -- Bobblehead or Nodder. The mouse is leaning against a large orange which is a coin bank. This little mouse (Topo Gigio) is recognized for his appearances on the Ed Sullivan Show back in the 1960's. The mouse has a fantastic facial expression - THIS IS SO CUTE! . It is 5 3/4" tall and about 4 1/2" wide at the widest point. The nodding (or bobbling) head works great. The bank has the original plastic stopper on the bottom and also a sticker which reads ROSSINI, Japan. Topo has a red striped shirt and blue jeans and peach fuzz skin which needs a really good cleaning (I will leave this cleaning up to the new owner) . I believe these toy/banks are rare and difficult to find. T is a very tiny mark in the orange near the coin bank slot and normal wear on the piece. A small amount of the paint is missing on the bottom. The overall condition is FANTASTIC. T is no reserve price in this auction and I hope you enjoy looking at this wonderful piece and bidding on it! PAYPAL is my preferred method of payment so I can ship your items out to you very quickly!
