This is a Fabulous Vintage Nursery Rhyme Child's Phonograph. It works! The turntable revolves when it is turned on. I didn't have any records to try it with, however. The turntable drum displays wonderful nursery rhyme pictures: Humpty Dumpty, The Three Bears, Old King Cole, The Cow Jumping Over The Moon and Red Riding Hood being chased by the Big Bad Wolf. It is in good condition for its age. I'm guessing it was made in the 1940s. T is no label, only the faintest bit of a decal on the base which is no longer legible. It measures 17" long x 11" wide x 9" high. T is an "on/off" switch on the back side. Please contact me if you have any questions and see my listings for more Vintage Items.
