This is a vintage TRANSCONTINENTAL & WESTERN AIR INC screw back wings which may be a pin for the pilots cap because it is slightly rounded. The time period for this pre TWA company is probably the 1940's to the early 1950's before the name change. The back of the wings has 2 screw back pins complete with the nuts - 1 nut is obviously a replacement for the proper type used. The size is about 1 1/2 " high by 2 1/4 " wide. The condition is good - t is some rubbing off of the finish - see photos.
