Magnificent hand built dolls house. 7 rooms over 3 storeys plus hall and landing 12th Scale. Tudor style with beams inside and out, beamed ceilings in rooms. Approximate size: 18" deep x 36" long x 31" high (450mm x 920mm x 790mm approx) Individually tiled roof, opening doors and windows. Decorated throughout. Most rooms have working lighting - see pics. Lovely beamed walls and ceilings. The front lifts out in two sections, top and bottom to access the rooms. The bathroom is at the back of the landing. see pictures. Selling on behalf of my daughters to raise funds for university!! No furniture is included BUT there is a massive collection available in my other auctions. This is a large house, well built and nicely detailed. Cash on collection preferred but Paypal payment is accepted. Any questions please ask.
