Vintage Turner M+2 CB Microphone w/ Original Box L@@K!! This auction is for a vintage Turner M+2 CB Microphone with it's original box. This was found in my friends attic during a long overdue cleaning. Selling as is. Insurance is required on all breakable and valuable items. 2. If an item states insurance required, don't ask us to drop the insurance. We won't. If insurance is optional, we are suggesting that you take out insurance to protect your investment. 3. We do not accept returns unless otherwise stated. 4. If an item is damaged during shipping, you must contact us immediately so that we can file an insurance claim with USPS of UPS. You must keep the original packaging and be prepared to fill out forms for this process. We do not refund you for the damage or loss the postal service does. 5. We reserve the right to decline your bid if you have a bad payment history with us or any other seller on Ebay. 6. We reserve the right to decline your bid if you have a consistent history of leaving negative feedback to Ebay sellers. 7. If you feel that shipping charges are priced too high, email us and we'll check to see if the charges are correct. We sometimes find that shipping charges are different (usually lower) on that site in comparison with Auctiva/Ebay, and sometimes the scales are off a little. I'm not going to do this for every single little thing. Bear in mind though that our handling fees are $1.00 and $5.00 on domestic orders and $2.00 - $10.00 on international orders, depending on the size of the package. (Handling fees cover packaging costs, trips to the post office (gas is expensive), etc...) Our handling fees do not exceed these amounts. If our shipping charges are signifigantly higher than the actual cost of the shipping and handling, We will issue a refund for the additional amount. This becomes fully effective as of February 1, 2009. We do our best to be honest with our customers and will not up our shipping charges to cheat our buyers out of a few extra bucks, and we look down on sellers who do this, even if they're selling at a cheap price... It's misrepresentation and it's wrong! 8. We allow local pick-up on all items to save you money on shipping!!! Local pick-up is free so long as you don't want it packaged (boxed and wrapped), then you would just get a handling fee. 9. If insurance is optional and you don't accept it, it is then your responsibility if something gets lost or broken in the mail... Not ours! You will not get a refund. 10. In the event that a customer is to be issued a refund by us because something we sold was nothing like the description on Ebay... We will not refund shipping. Special Note To Buyers: Feedback is a necessary tool for rating buyers and sellers alike. Use negative feedback sparingly. If you have attempted to resolve a matter with a seller (NOT JUST US, ANY SELLER!!) and they haven't done anything to accomodate the situation, didn't respond (give a reasonable amount of time for a response), or just flat out lied to you, then it is appropriate to leave negative feedback. Don't leave negative feedback because you didn't read the fine print on their guidelines. Or because you thought you liked the item online and then you received it (in the condition stated) and decided you didn't like it and want to return it and the seller doesn't let you. Also, if the seller has mailed the item on time but USPS or UPS is responsible for late delivery, don't take it out on the seller with negative feedback. We all have a responsibility, both as buyers and sellers, to be honest with eachother and the Ebay community.
