The one thing I know for sure about this vase is that it is absolutely gorgeous, it's 8 ½ inches high and 4 ½ inches wide... everything else is a bit of a mystery. I got it at an estate sale and I'm sure by the style and high quality of it that it is old, but I don't know how old. It seems more Chinese inspired than Deco inspired and it appears to me to be handmade. T is a faint mark on the bottom, which is shaped like a four or five petal flower with two leaves shaped like an anchor. It was very hard to photograph so I gave one shot high contrast to try to boost the image. The glaze is high gloss, intensely crackled and amazing. It is lighter blue at the top and the edges w the glaze is thinner and then darker and thicker at the bottom and center sides. T are no drips in the glaze it just gets thicker. It is glazed inside as well. The glaze is quite deep and almost appears like glass or enamel. It is really something. T are tiny pockmarks throughout the otherwise flawless finish, upon very close inspection, but the high gloss and their size render them for the most part invisible. T are no chips, cracks, or scratches to the vase it is quite perfect. It was very hard to get the color right in the pictures and the photo with the tan background is the truest daylight shot.
