I have up for bid this old U.S. Navy Photo Log Album.This is a nice lot of military memorabillia.It is covered in leather and tied with rawhide string.It has several different pages.It has Domain of Neptunus Rex page,Autographs of My Friends pages,My Log and Diary pages with cruising record and black photo pages.All the pages are not filled out. T are a lot of very old pictures of sailors and their family members.T are old pictures of Navy ships(USS Missouri & USS Bennington CV-20),old pictures of Naval Signings on the ships on Sept.2 1945.Some of the pictures are on the photo pages and several are loose as well as some of the pages. T is a map of the"WAR CRUISE OF U.S.S. BENNINGTON CV-20 16 DECEMBER 1944 TO 10 SEPTEMBER 1945".Under the map is a written history of the trip telling everything that happened on the cruise.This is a very nice piece of our military history.(see photo) T is another piece showing a document with a lot of signatures.I am not sure exactly what it is but it is signed on the 2nd day of Sept,1945. I am not an expert on this kind of thing,but I do know t is some really neat things They are in good shape for their age although the album does show wear.I got this from a friend of mine.She found this in the house they bought quite a few years ago.If you have any questions I will try to answer them.Thanks for
