This auction is for a beautiful and unique Hat and Coat Rack made by the Tell City Chair Company of Tell City, Indiana. It's overall length is about 43". The Tell City sticker on the back identifies it as Pattern 3130 with the finish as #48 Andover. Pattern 3130 was called a "Coat Bar" and was manufactured from 1964 to 1967. #48 Andover was first used in 1955. T are 4 larger hooks that are wood with a small brass piece at the tip and protrude 7 inches from the horizontal wall piece. T are 3 smaller brass hooks mounted between the larger wooden hooks. The condition of this piece is excellent EXCEPT for the fact that the acorn on the right side has been sawed off! See picture 3. Thank you for checking out my auction item! Have yourself a great day!
